- Semi-automatic die-cutting indentation machine uses super-hard aluminum alloy hollow paper toothbars. Advanced toothpicking mechanism is suitable for various types of paperboard, cardboard and corrugated paper. Front and rear positioning and side positioning mechanisms ensure the accuracy of paper. It adopts high precision three-dimensional cam mechanism, quick-acting pneumatic clutch, pneumatic locking plate and pneumatic sampling. Using programmable controller and human-machine interface, the working speed, processing sheets and total running time of the machine can be displayed digitally. The failure display of the machine makes the trouble shooting operation very convenient. Frequency conversion is used to control the main motor. Poleless speed regulation makes the motor run smoothly. The machine is equipped with sensors and safety devices in many places to ensure the normal operation of the machine and personal safety. Die-cutting pressure can be adjusted independently, manual turning is convenient and labor-saving, and can also carry out non-mouth die-cutting. It is a special equipment for high-grade color box and color box die-cutting.
